How To Untag Someone On Facebook App
It's understandable that-- often-- you could not want to be identified in certain Facebook images or articles, no matter the reason. So, below's a quick rundown of just how to untag on your own on Facebook in any customer picture or message:
1. Go to the photo/post concerned.
2. Click the drop-down menu icon.
3. Click on "Get Rid Of Tag."
If you're managing a multitude of messages, you can do another thing that's not so taxing:
1. Head to your Activity Log (you can get there by selecting the drop-down menu in the top right corner of your Facebook page).
2. On the left side, click on "Photos You're Identified In" or "Posts You're Marked In.".
3. Discover the posts/photos you wish to untag on your own from, and click on the Edit button next to them on the right.
4. Afterwards, click "Report/Remove Tag.".
Bear in mind that removing on your own from a Facebook tag does not suggest the photo/post you're tagged in will be deleted. It will certainly still be visible and appear on individuals's Information Feeds.
Also, it deserves stating that if somebody remains to abusively tag you in photos or blog posts, you can always obstruct them or report their profile for harassment.
